Its founders had the idea to move development forward by offering quality business operation products, customized performance services, and implementable high value instruments for communication and conflict resolution.
Progenisys is not a group of out-of-touch business “heroes” offering over-priced, mis-guided advice.
Progenisys is not looking to deliver contracted and painful employee training interactions that are cumbersome, expensive and unfocused. Where off-the-shelf consultants think of a live business as a classroom, treating passionate business leaders and employees like students, we treat it like the valuable asset it is – an organization committed to success and significance. Bartholomew walked away from a successful, two+ decade career in corporate leadership development to launch Progenisys. The decision allowed him to use his best-practice experience and training to accelerate success for for-profit, non-profit, and ecclesiastic organizations desiring productive, high-performance, team environments. To every project he and his team bring decades of experience in coaching and human and organizational development, as well as decades of experience creating and implementing critical development initiatives for a variety of industries, teams, and organizations.
Bartholomew Reed is the CEO of Progenisys, a consulting group dedicated to helping employees and businesses operate at optimal levels. He received his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management. Bart completed Seminary and his Masters work at Indiana Wesleyan University with a research emphasis on Leadership Formation and Ecclesiastic Efficacy. Bartholomew is currently finalizing his Doctoral work and research in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
